
As Revenue Growth Manager, you will be part of the Revenue Growth Management team, which forms part of the wider Sales function. Reporting to the Revenue Growth Controller, you will be in a highly visible, and cross functional role tasked with developing JDE’s commercial strategies on a 2-4 year horizon.
Primarily, the Revenue Growth Management team is responsible for setting and developing profitable revenue and margin growth strategies across the key pillars of RGM – Price Tiers, Pack Price Architecture, Promotion optimisation, Assortment/Mix, and Trade Terms projects.
As Revenue Growth Manager you will be responsible for delivering the end to end Revenue Management strategy across a high value segment within the coffee category for JDE. This will involve cross-functional, project focussed working across the relevant UK&I commercial business stakeholders.
You will come from a strong commercial background in an fmcg business and understand how to grow brands with customers. You are highly analytical and financial rigour and commercial acumen are strengths. You are ambitious for your future career and have the appetite to be at the heart of the business, influencing strategy and growth.
