Job Description

You'll be responsible for administrative support for the commercial executive team (UK Sales Director, UK&I Marketing Director and Country Manager Ireland & Away from Home Director). You'll be a primary point of contact for all administrative and operational tasks for team members. The other key element of your role is to support logistics of the SMMs and the business ‘drum-beat’, taking the lead on technology and physical set up of Townhalls and Monthly Connects on a monthly basis working with the Internal Comms and Corporate Affair Manager.

Key responsibilities of the role:  

Assist the Commercial Executive (40%) (UK Sales Director, UK&I Marketing Director and Country Manager Ireland/AFH Director UK&I)

  • Scheduling meetings, events and appointments – external and key internal meetings
  • Manage and maintain calendars, ensuring optimal time allocation and scheduling efficiency
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations as well as prepare and submit expense reports as needed
  • Raise PO’s for relevant expenses timely as needed

Sales and Marketing Admin Support (50%)

  • Organise Commercial Conferences/meetings and also coordinates functional meetings
  • Raise PO’s for Marketing, Sales and Away from Home teams as per instructions
  • Manage Product Samples and Branded Stock ordering
  • Support with the organisation of Trade Shows  

Internal Communication Support (10%)

  • Ensures invites for Townhalls and Monthly Connects are set up in advance
  • Leads the set up for technical and physical aspects of Townhalls and Monthly Connects
  • Liaises with Internal Comms and Corporate Affairs Manager and manages any special requests


Experience & Education:

Excellent planning, organisation, analytical and problem-solving skills

FMCG experience is a preferred but not essential
