You'll be responsible for administrative support for the commercial executive team (UK Sales Director, UK&I Marketing Director and Country Manager Ireland & Away from Home Director). You'll be a primary point of contact for all administrative and operational tasks for team members. The other key element of your role is to support logistics of the SMMs and the business ‘drum-beat’, taking the lead on technology and physical set up of Townhalls and Monthly Connects on a monthly basis working with the Internal Comms and Corporate Affair Manager.
Key responsibilities of the role:
Assist the Commercial Executive (40%) (UK Sales Director, UK&I Marketing Director and Country Manager Ireland/AFH Director UK&I)
Sales and Marketing Admin Support (50%)
Internal Communication Support (10%)
Experience & Education:
Excellent planning, organisation, analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, highly disciplined
Attention to detail
Proactive approach, ability to manage complex tasks
Excellent Communications skills
FMCG experience is a preferred but not essential
Ability and confidence to build networks at all levels
